Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coordinate tax compliance and advisory client engagements within the financial services industry.
• Develop a new client portfolio, establish budgets, determine resource requirements, and direct/monitor engagements.

• Participate in managing a compliance group by forecasting future compliance work, delegating tasks effectively, providing coaching and training, and resolving staffing issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a relevant discipline, preferably with a professional qualification recognized by SCTP.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Singapore financial services tax experience from the financial services industry (insurance, banking, or asset management) or accounting firms.
