Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. As the Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Create the vision for the product you will own, identify and prioritise the business needs for the product, identify the value proposition and ensure the values are being delivered
• Set up & Lead the APAC community of practices/interests
• Collaborate with global and APAC affiliates to implement global as well as regional initiatives and be accountable for the successful adoption of changes
• Proactively identify opportunities to engage with affiliates to drive the global support strategy initiatives. Provide proactive guidance and assistance to the business teams with proposals to achieve the regional goals.

Who you are:
