• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of period-end FA reports (e.g. Fixed Asset Stock-take report, Development Project-in-Progress (DPIP) report, and the Consolidated Fixed Asset Schedule) for management and statutory reporting and audit reviews. . Design & Details of Civil Structural Engineering Works

. Co-ordination with clients’ Representatives, Project Managers, Consultant Team and architect from inception to completion of projects

. Attend meetings during course of construction of projects

. Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects for tender/submission with target dates.
