1. HR & Admin

• Responsible for payroll, hiring and dismissing activities, performance appraisal, assisting MDs for promotion.
• Supervising Admin team to handle office issues including maintenance, safety, environment, documents, etc

2. Finance

• Supervise finance team to ensure timely and appropriate accounting works for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
• Consolidate business forecast of related business every quarter including those by subsidiaries. (PH, ID, VN, and AE).
• Plan and control yearly departments’ budget (Salary and welfare, Property, Investment and others).

3. Compliance

• Ensure compliance to laws/regulations (Anti-Trust, Anti-Bribery, Export Control and so on) according to the requirement by company policies.
• Manage trainings for enhancing compliance.

4. IT

• Supervise IT team to manage networks, servers, IT devices, computers and so on.
• Manage and ensure SAP operation including FICO, SD, MM, and PP. To liaise with external consultant and support local users and overseas users.

5. Procurement/Others

• Oversee and guide Procurement team to ensure all activities are carried out smoothly and compliance to company policy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:
