Job Description:

As a Member Of The ERM Team, You Are Accountable For Support And Implementation Of The Murex Risk Management Solutions, Which Includes • Credit risk • Market risk • Risk control, and operations (e.g. limits management)

Job Scope:

• Client relationship & support

• Manage production support and enhancement requests, including analysis, configuration, validation testing, and deployment

• Contribute/Lead daily communication with client IT support desk and risk end-users

• Liaise with the product and release management teams for scheduling of client delivery

• Work with client manager on activity dashboard and various risk management presentation

• Organize and conduct end-user and IT training

• Contribute/Lead the implementation effort including configuration, validation testing, and deployment of the required solution, as well as contributing to project management activities (e.g. status dashboard, documentation)

• Product evolution

• Contribute/Lead the continuous communication with the Murex development team to convey clients’ feedback and assist in product improvement.

JOB Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Master in Financial Engineering, Applied Finance/Statistics/Mathematics, Computational Finance

• 0 to 3 years of relevant functional/technical experience

• Solid knowledge in financial risk management • Solid knowledge in financial computation concepts

• IT Knowledge e.g. SQL, XML, Unix script

• Knowledge of (or strong interest) in Treasury and Capital Markets

• Working experience in client support and implementation of trading or risk management solutions in financial institutions

• Multiple languages proficiency

We are looking for an individual with experience in Supply Chain Planning solutions, either in end-user or implementation roles. The individual will be customer facing and will report to the Functional Lead.

You will be responsible for:

· Gathering business requirements and creating a corresponding set of functional specifications to be documented for client’s approval

· Provide guidance and direction on best practice approaches to client business needs

· Developing business process flows for client’s functional requirements

· Analysing client data and master data to assess suitability to meet the requirements and provide advice on proposed planning processes

· Modifying Vuealta’s Supply Chain Applications to support the client’s functional requirements

· Develop user training documentation for client’s solutions

· Conduct solution validation and testing to ensure zero defects

· Provide input to Product Management on application improvements based on customer feedback

· Lead and own training of colleagues on Supply Chain subject matter

· Keep abreast of latest supply chain trends and market developments

Requirements

· 6+yrs in a relevant business position i.e., professional services capacity within Supply Chain Planning

· Experience in the use of planning and modelling technologies with supply chain planning, sales operations and other business areas

· Experience with Supply Chain Planning tools

· Prior Anaplan experience strongly preferred
