Job Responsibilities

· Sourcing of clients in the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) Sectors for their hiring needs on placement of foreign workers.

· Monitoring the hiring process to ensure no hiccup.

· Proactively connect with existing clients to build good relationships to secure continuous patronage of services.

· Sourcing of potential new clients via cold callings, emails marketing, social media platforms and etc.

· Conduct screening of candidates and follow up interviews if required by the clients.

Job Requirements

· Must have Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI-Basic)

· Applicants with experiences in placement of foreign workers from Bangladesh, India and NTS countries will be advantageous, fresh applicants are welcome as training will be provided.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Positive working attitude, target-driven and a team player.

Basic salary EXCLUDING commission will range from $2,500 to $2,800 and commensurate with relevant experiences.

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you are expected to
- demonstrate professional knowledge and behaviour on assignments, take care of customers and activities, and working collaboratively as a team.
- work & deliver autonomously, coaching colleagues while working on customer and internal engagements.

RESPONSILBILITIES

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements, change management and be part of technical requirements and design.
• Experienced in SAP FICO Modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA etc.) and is able to troubleshoot and resolve problem areas.
• Experienced in user access management for FICO functions.
• Maintain design specifications, documentation, development and testing methodology.
• Provide application support and be involved in various stages of SDLC.
• Develop and enhance simple ABAP program.
• Provide inputs on non-functional requirements for operations and support.
• Vendor management.
• Handle SAP project design, testing and training implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification

• Strong Business knowledge and ability to interact with business users.
• Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Independent with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, Accountancy, or Business admin will be advantageous.
• Related professional/technical qualifications will be a plus although not mandatory.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills.

Your Experience

• Relevant experience in SAP FICO functional implementation and/or functional support
• Experience in providing user training for SAP FICO functions.
• Experience in the configuration of SAP FICO functionals in SAP.
• Experience with intercompany transactions (AP, AR, GL) with multiple currencies; Bank accounting, and Cash Management) or multiple geographical locations
• Experience in regional template roll-out

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience in ABAP and/or SAP S/4 HANA is highly advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore statutory and payroll laws
