Job Scope:

• Monthly analysis of non-costing / inventory related P/L variances (Actual vs. Budget and/or Latest Estimate Forecast).

• Improve the site awareness (financial literacy training) on Budgeting, Spending and Ariba (linked to two-way-match PO accruals) to improve overall Planning efficiency as well as accrual accuracy on operational spending.

• Roll up quarterly True-up adjustments assessed and invoiced by company to release existing accruals.

• Annual MSA - MUV settlement to adjust out from Spending to utilise existing accruals

• Draft GIS requests for intercompany non-product billing, where applicable.

The Enterprise FX, Settlement, and Cross Border Solutions team is accountable for the design, build, and commercialization of best-in-class, enterprise-grade, FX, settlement, virtual accounts, and currency management solutions. What a Manager in EFX Solutions, AP Region, does at Visa:

A Solutions Manager in Enterprise FX supports or enables the discovery, delivery and scalability of new and existing cross border, FX, and settlement capabilities across client segments in the region. This person will act as the solutions specialist in core purchase, money movement, commercial, and merchant & acquiring focused client-facing teams. Performance is measure on the successful deployment of cross-border value added solutions, including: Persistent FX; Multicurrency Wallets with Real Time FX; Commercial & B2B Travel Cross Border Solutions; flexible FX rate options on Visa Direct; and offering new FX & cross-border services to acquirers and merchants. 

Specifically, this role will focus on:

1. EFX Product readiness, GTM Planning & Best Practices

• Work closely with product leads to ensure product deployment readiness in the AP market context; provide feedback and collaborate on product roadmap features; identify and engage with ecosystem enablers to facilitate client conversations and solutioning
• Develop and deliver “playbooks” with client-facing solutions materials focused on settlement and emerging FX capabilities

• Align with regional stakeholders on client engagement model to drive deal throughput

Team Summary

Visa is looking for a Financial Crime Analyst based in Singapore to be part of Currencycloud’s Asia Pacific (APAC) New Business Onboarding team. Currencycloud is part of Visa Group entities and covers Visa’s regulated payment business within Money Movement Solutions (MMS) in APAC. Currencycloud is also consolidated under Visa Direct which streamlines all of Visa’s cross border payments under one unified branding. The Currencycloud APAC New Business Onboarding team is an essential partner to the MMS business. The team provides solutions-oriented advice to ensure timely client onboarding, address stakeholder queries promptly, complete tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA), and perform all duties to a high standard.

What a Financial Crime Analyst does at Visa:

This role, based in Singapore, supports the Currencycloud APAC New Business Onboarding Manager with new client onboarding. It reports to the APAC New Business Onboarding Manager and is part of Visa’s expansion in the region.

The core responsibilities for this role are as follows:

• Responsible for new business onboarding applications for Financial Institutions, Payment Institutions and Corporates in a myriad of industries and jurisdictions

• Carrying out know-your-customer (KYC) and Know-your-business (KYB) checks.

Job Description:

Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal stakeholder to the company -

Responsibilities:

· Under minimal direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.

· Act as a liaison between client and technical solutions/ support groups, using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate client requirements.

· Apply extensive knowledge of the client's business and industry to develop requirements specifications.

· Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.

· Develop visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.

· Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes.

· Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.

· Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.

· Operates as a team member. Advise on methods to improve business processes.

· Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

· Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases.

· Perform Testing

· May lead the training of clients and peers.

Education and Experience Required

· A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience

· Minimum of 3 years of related experience as a Agile Project/Business Analyst.

· Worked on at least one IT Agile Project

Knowledge and Skills

· Good verbal and written communication skill and is comfortable fronting client.

· Ability to work effectively in a team.
