Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Financial Operations
• Deliver accurate and timely financial projections, forecasts, and analysis of relevant financial and operational information as required for the Management’s team
• Utilize data analysis and leverage business intelligence to make informed organizational decisions
• Work with all teams and operations to help optimize financial performance and efficiencies and evaluate current spending to drive resource optimization
• Maintain internal control, balance sheet reviews and monthly closing process
• Develop and ensure financial controls are followed in accordance with company / HQ procedures
• Assess current accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement and implement new processes
• Ensure quality and timeliness of financial reporting to HQ
• Lead special finance projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance preferably in a IT company
• Ability to speak, read and write Korean to communicate with HQ located in Korea and business associates
• High level of integrity and dependability
• Work well under pressure and with the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with a self-starting, pro-active approach.
• Proven leader that can motivate, manage, and maximize capacity of a team
• Possess Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent people management skills and communication skills
