Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA or ACCA and equivalent
• At least 6-10 years banking experience, preferably in a wholesale bank or have experience auditing financial institutions
• Well versed in financial reporting standards and banking products

• Strong in process re-engineering and data management

Senior Associate, Brand and Marketing

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Lead and working with a regional team, this role will handle marketing activities across our regional markets. Working closely with the Marketing team and other relevant stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive through-the-funnel marketing strategies for audax, focusing on both online and offline advertising, as well as events, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness, reinforcing brand affinity, and driving lead generation.
• Leading the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on media buying across LinkedIn and Google channels, including SEM.
• Serving as the owner of the company website, overseeing website content changes and refining SEO practices.
• Spearheading audax's content marketing pillar, developing insightful blog articles to educate the target audience and build brand credibility.
• Orchestrating lead generation campaigns for audax's B2B solutions, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation throughout the customer journey.
• Utilising insights derived from campaign analyses to test hypotheses and enhance performance through data-backed decision-making.
• Collaborating with the sales and product teams to develop impactful product marketing materials and compelling sales tools, including whitepapers and pitch deck materials, to empower the sales team to effectively promote and sell audax's offerings.
• Serving as the brand guardian to ensure the accurate and consistent application of the Audax brand across all marketing materials and channels.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• At least 4 years’ experience in integrated marketing, especially in Digital Marketing (specifically media buying)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent
• Passionate in digital marketing
• Fundamental understanding of analytics tools, metrics and content optimisation
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment, with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Effectively collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams
• Able to independently run multiple projects with a keen eye for details
• Plan and manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder approvals through projects
• Prior experience in a fintech/tech is a plus

Objectives of this role
