JOB SCOPE

• Work closely with Supply Chain and Business Units on daily operation matters.
• Review MRP and material demand to perform material planning to purchase imported chemicals/equipment.
• Monitor inventory, review PO backlog and generate daily receiving lists to the warehouse.
• Plan, control, and trigger material movement via STO with 3PL.
• Ensure timely delivery of material to support the plant's operation and customer's shipment demands.
• Analyze and close monitoring of excess and obsolete inventory.
• Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement.
• Work closely with sub-con on the delivery arrangements to meet our customer request.
• Ensure planning activities and procedures are in compliance with company's ISO 14001/9001.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any field, min 2 years of experience.
• Resourceful, team player, self-motivated and positive personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet a tight deadline

ROLE

The Planner collaborates with other planners, architects, and project team members to design, coordinate, and present ideas relating to a variety of resort, residential, mixed-use and urban planning and design projects. The Planner supports the team in the overall efforts of completing the various phases of a project, creating programs and plans for land use and development. The Planner reports to a designated senior member of the Planning Studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts project research and analysis, and completes assignment using research, analysis and critical thinking

• Coordinates the production and delivery of planning activities for several complex projects, including research and design development on all phases of the project

• Completes project activities, documents and products, presentations and deliverables

• Assures the efficient preparation of detailed drawings through concept design and design development to construction documentation phases on assigned projects

• Produces working drawings, design sketches, diagrams, schedules and other computer generated or hand-drawn documents

• Works on copies of design sketches and planning layouts

• Completes presentation and report packages

• Assists with various project procedures, such as information storage, organization and retrieval

The Job:

• Strategize and execute material procurement plans in alignment with operational requirements and forecasted volumes of incoming racks and machine trays to ensure timely availability of hardwares.
• Coordinate daily logistics activities, including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and internal material movements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any logistical challenges and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Manage and process orders
• Address any issues related to tracking systems promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor lead times and communicate effectively with vendors to prevent delays in hardware delivery

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree with 2-3 years relevant working experience
