• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
• Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects

What will you do?

• We are looking for software developers that are open and enthusiastic about end to end software delivery and trying out new technologies.
• Be part of a cross-functional development team that values quality, automation and user experience of the software we deliver.
• Mainly responsible for software design and development of web frontend and backend applications
• Write automated functional and unit testing for the code you write
• Develop backend APIs & databases supporting the applications
• Design and develop applications leveraging cloud technologies
• Assist DevOps Engineer on build and release automation
• Work closely with fellow developers in pair programming and code review
• Work closely with Business Analyst, Quality Engineer, User Interface/User Experience Designers to deliver features

What are we looking for?

• Experience in modern web applications development using NextJS, TypeScript and Kotlin/Java
• Experience in development of CI/CD pipeline and applications deployment using cloud services such as AWS
• Experience in database migration will be an added advantage
• Working experience in an Agile/SCRUM setup will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Proactive, self-driven and motivated
• A Pass in ICT Assessment Certification for Solution Architect or Software Developer by NUS-ISS is a plus

We are looking for a part time software engineer to handle computer vision and object detection. It can be done off site and on site.

You will need to use the video stream from stereo camera, do pre-processing, object inference and detection, and obtain the position of the object.

Preferred skill sets include python, computer vision, AI models, AI training, AI inference, point cloud.
