Job Description

• Work with stakeholders including customers, partners and colleagues on data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
• Work closely with data scientists to solicit data requirements to support modeling works
• Design, develop, document, manage and maintain data models, ETL processes, data warehouse, data management and pipeline solutions for large volume of structured/unstructured data from disparate sources and with different latencies (e.g. on-demand, batch, real-time, near-real-time)
• Define, monitor and report SLAs for data pipelines and data products
• Understand data security and governance standards or requirements to implement solutions that ensure adherence to these standards or meet such requirements
• Drive/execute data quality assurance practices
• Support data management solutions pre-sales initiatives, proposal development and provide post-sales support.

Technical Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Technical expertise in:
  • Relational/non-relational/NoSQL database and enterprise data warehouse/mart;
  • Big data technologies e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HBase etc.
  • Data ingestion technologies e.g. Flume, Kafka, NiFi etc. and
  • Scripting, programming and software development using e.g. Java, C/C++, Python, R, MATLAB, Scala, SQL etc. for Windows or Linux environments.
• Experience in master data management, data governance, data lifecycle management etc
• Experience in designing, documenting, implementing and supporting data management solutions
• Experience in using software engineering best practices in development, programming, testing, version control etc.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security assurance
• Knowledge of machine learning, computer vision and large languagemodels will be advantageous.

Job Description & Requirements

Successful candidate will assist Parts & Service Sales Manager on the following tasks:

• Conduct Field Engineering during the piloting, construction, commissioning and operation/maintenance/after sale phases
• Provide technical and hands-on support for the implementation of pilot studies and commercial operations
• Manage site operators in implementing good practices for plant operations and maintenance and daily operational activities through preparation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical training
• Support the development, establishment, and maintenance of plant performance monitoring, reporting and improvement.
• Proactively report and investigate plant performance/reliability issues and propose practical and cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee the relevant technical support to the operating sites, as to reduce unplanned downtime through failure analysis and corrective actions implementation.
• Support the preparation of the predictive and preventive maintenance programs at operating sites and closely monitor their performance.
• Participate in technical meetings
• Promote and support after sales services, including spare parts, consumables, ad hoc operational and site technical support. Work closely with Engineering and Procurement departments to correctly specify and source materials and services.
• Positively promote a safe and healthy work environment and employ safe work practices at all times, including documenting incidents and recommending and following through on corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain efficient communication and information sharing between the Operations Department and Engineering/NPI Departments including writing and issuing technical reports and Return of Experience/Lessons Learned reports.
• Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your superior.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of related experience in commissioning and /or in Operations and Maintenance in the industrial water treatment systems.
• Must be a hands-on person
• Familiar with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and Controls of process plants
• Commissioning activities like SAT/FAT, instruments, valves and controls loop check.
• A team player that is willing to work with different age groups and nationalities.

The job position is located at our customer site and performed in 24x7 rotating shifts as planned. Administration, support and maintain production system and ensure their high availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting to draw conclusions to the project team.

Main Responsibilities:

· Support Level 1 & Service tasks

· Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support

· Analyse, Troubleshoot, solve assigned tickets by the Team lead.

· Formalize corrective action plans or local workaround within the SLA

· Solve or escalate the analysis to the Level 2 support

· Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed on the progress

· Maintain components of IT infra and backend, including Hardware and Software

· Replacements of Hardware/Endpoint equipment when faulty.

· Perform site administration activities – Regular health checks on endpoints, Regular restart of services, monthly report submission.

· Perform Preventive maintenance of servers and wide range of endpoint devices.

· Backup and Restore – Database backups, logs housekeeping, Image backup of endpoint, workstation, servers etc.,

· Perform OS Patching, Anti-virus update, security patching.

· Assist in Change/Service request deployment and testing.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certification in Information Technologies related fields.

Skills & Experience

· Minimum of 1-2 years of post-education IT work experience required.

· Working knowledge on Windows Desktop Operating Systems thru Windows 10

· Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

· Experience with call tracking / ticket management system, Autotask preferred

· Experience with Managed Services, IT Integration and/or Consulting experience a plus

· Basic Configuration and Administration of PC and Laptops will be a plus.

· Ability to guide the team and resolve incident escalated by Desktop Support Assistant in confirming the validity of the problem and seeking and researching for known solutions related to these more complex issues.

· Performed Desktop Support services to users
