You will mainly be responsible for:

• Managing knowledge within the team

• Sharing and Promoting knowledge sharing within the organization (trainings, documentations etc.)
• Driving the most complex operations & ensures they are well prepared (involvement on DRP test, WIP, etc…).
• Act as global coordinator main events.
• Review of major releases roadmaps
• Ensure post checks are documented, performed and report is shared

Job Requirements:

• The position requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as a production support or at least infrastructure support or development role.
• Experience in a banking environment is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with UNIX environments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in scripting languages such as Python, Powershell
• Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in any of these tools and technologies such as Ansible, Gitlab, Azure Devops, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with task schedulers such as Control-M
• Good understanding of IT ecosystems and application architectures
• Knowledge about : CICD pipelines, ITIL practices, Agile practices, Lean, Observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace is a plus

Role & Responsibility

To Lead maintenance, minor work/project teams, advice remedial proposal, manpower, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, height access equipment and other necessary equipment to undertake the following as

The team maintain buildings by making repairs and performing safety checks. Maintain the day to day operations of the building. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Minor Work team performs small values repair under SORs. Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements. Ability to read and understand test equipment, measuring devices and safety manuals. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Perform as a driver to pick up and drop workers and purchase materials when necessary

He prepares quotations, coordinate repair works schedules, liaise with the subcon / repair work team to start and complete the works. Any other works assigned by management

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and Execute Machinery Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
  Ensure all maintenance and repair works adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
  
• Perform Routine Inspections and Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  
• Coordinate Internal Communication: Liaise internally between operations teams to address machinery breakdowns and operational concerns.
  
• Manage Data and Inventory: Coordinate data collection on auxiliary materials from operations teams and report on a weekly basis.
  Manage receipt, maintenance, and monitoring of machinery parts inventory.
  
• Analyze Maintenance Data and Prepare Reports: Collect machinery maintenance repair data and costs for analysis.
  Prepare monthly machinery reports detailing maintenance activities and performance metrics.
  
• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Comfortable working in Workshop environment.
• Those who have experiences in machinery spare parts will have added advantage.
• Knowledge of any ‘Enterprise Resource Planning’ (ERP) software will have added advantage.
• Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
