We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging generative AI to drive strategic business outcomes, managing cloud platform development projects, and designing AI models for risk assessment and predictive analytics. Fluency in Japanese, with the highest level of certification, is required to support global collaboration with Japanese clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative corporate branding strategies using generative AI, supported by data analysis to measure and optimize effectiveness.
• Lead the business of cloud platforms powered by generative AI, manage the progress of international projects as part of a PMO, and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements for SaaS services.
• Develop advanced techniques and analytical applications to transform raw data into actionable insights using programming languages and data visualization tools.
• Extract and analyze information from large, structured datasets by applying data mining, modeling, and machine learning (ML) methods.
• Create data visualizations and reports, interpret findings, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Build and deploy company-wide risk assessment models, perform statistical analyses on transaction data, and design predictive AI models tailored for the financial services sector.
• Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI applications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in AI engineering, with expertise in generative AI, predictive analytics, and data-driven solution development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of data processing, transformation, and visualization using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and Tableau.
• Expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and ML techniques to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI application development.
• Proven ability to visualize, interpret, and report data findings.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese, with a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification or equivalent, in order to communicate and collaborate with Japan HQ, stakeholders and clients.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects to completion.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and compliance considerations.

Purpose:

To independently handle sustainability deliverables, manage various scope of works defined by corporate or project team effectively and efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget; assist lead engineer or manager in research and development task and resolve any arising issues during sustainability implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with different disciplines to collect the Lessons Learnt and Life Cycle value improvement ideas, to sort out into different categories and to update/improve design standards.
• Proposes, conducts, and participates studies of new technology related to Company business, such as CO2 emission calculation and reduction, decarbonatization, Ammonia and so on.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural/mechanical/ship building/environmental/chemical/Electrical engineering/computer science etc. or above. Alternatively, Diploma in Engineering with relevant years of working experience.

Overall Job Purpose

The AVEVA NET is responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining project-specific AVEVA Net/AIM and ISM systems. This role ensures efficient data capture, verification, and seamless handover processes, aligning with project requirements and corporate objectives.

Core Responsibilities

System Administration

1. Act as the single point of contact for setting up, maintaining, administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting AVEVA NET systems across all projects.
2. Configure and maintain AVEVA NET portals, including gateway configurations and ongoing updates.
3. Establish and manage Class Libraries, defining structures and mapping techniques in ISM.

Project Support

1. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, project management, procurement, HSE, QA/QC, operations, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
2. Develop data capture, validation, loading, and handover workflows to meet project schedules and client requirements.
3. Generate Query Forms, SSRS, and BI reports to identify data discrepancies, omissions, and completion trends.
