• Carry out troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find out the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality get back to normal

• Supervise on-site contractors/additional supplier’s C&I technician(s) as well as C&I vendors to perform site works, review their work procedures and instructions to ensure compliance to achieve highest quality of work in a safe manner

Job Requirements

• Possess a degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years of working experience in the instrumentation field, or a diploma in the same fields with at least seven (7) years of working experience in instrumentation field
• Proficient in the codes and standards in the power plant industry i.e. BSI, ISO27001, ANSI, IEC, IEEE, etc.

Job Description

1. Oversee the works on equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and equipment being deployed at sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan and draft test specifications, methods, and instructions against product hardware and software performance requirements.

Requirements

• Experienced working as a System Engineer (3 years minimum) in Cloud-based environments/ technologies/ services (1 year minimum, with AWS or MS Azure)

• Hands-on experience on administrating Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune
• Hand-on experience with implementing and configuring Azure/AWS cloud technologies such as virtual machines, application services, load balancer, SQL Managed Instance, siteto site VPN, storage solutions, network, security, logging and monitoring

• To develop, document and support the build of high precision plastic injection tooling and molded parts for manufacturing.

• Support Program team during upfront new project quotation stage by providing accurate upfront tooling/product DFM that matches the right quality requirements.

• To meet customer for DFM and mold concept review to ensure customer’s technical requirements and concerns are addressed.

• Support Tooling Department by conducting internal tooling design and DFM reviews before tool launch.

• Support Production in areas like molding process optimization, implement manufacturing fixtures and automation for reliability and efficiency improvements.

• Support Quality Team in the design and fabrication of test/measurement fixtures.

• To coordinate mold trials, tooling and molded part troubleshooting and carry out necessary engineering changes to ensure parts can be produced smoothly with the required quality.
