Job Description:

As a Rotating Machine Service Engineer, You will be involved in various aspects of maintenance, repair, and overhauling (MRO) of rotating machinery, with a focus on conducting MRO, vibration analysis, coordinating technical solutions, and ensuring the quality of repair work.

Job Scopes:

• Conduct vibration analysis for rotating equipment using Machinery Vibration Analyser.
• Analyse vibration data to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with superiors, suppliers, and customers regarding technical solutions and the timely execution of service jobs.
• Collaborate with the workshop service teams and customers as a team player in matters related to repair and overhauling.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Designs of fire and safety systems for the offshore oil and gas modules and platforms
• Prepares and review engineering design documents, reports and specification for the fire and safety systems namely design philosophies, equipment specifications and data sheets, safety equipment list, material requisitions, equipment technical bid evaluations, firewater hydraulic and safety related calculations.
• Reviews PDMS modeling for inter-discipline crash checking, technical safety and working environment compliances including accessibility to equipment for maintenance
