• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes
• Administrator (CKA), or similar.

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Superintending Officer/Consultant/Employer

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced BM FileNet Administrator with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in FileNet administration, preferably within the banking domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the FileNet platform, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the FileNet system, including Content Engine, Process Engine, and other related components.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, patch management, and upgrades.
• Ensure system performance and security standards are met.
• Provide technical support and resolve FileNet-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and optimization.

1. Assist project manager with day to day on-site monitoring, project implementation and scheduling.

2. To schedule, co-ordinate, implement and manage projects- in part or wholly- to ensure timely work progress, goods or services delivery on schedule, while taking into account the budgeted qualities and cost.

3.Ensuring that work is carried out according to approved plans, regulations and contract specifications.

4. Accountable for the safety and quality of the project.

5.Conduct project progress meetings, as well as reviewing schedules.

6.Manage the project team’s training.

7.Liaising with consultants and sub-contractors.

8.Prepare method statement, proposal, test plan, acceptance plan and timeline schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager as the case may require.

10.Ability to read AUTOCAD / Schematic preferable.

11.Perform ad hoc duties as assign by superiors.

5.25 days work week, alternate Saturday.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Project Management.
• Positive attitude, including being self-motivated, responsible, and taking ownership of work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Possess class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

· Carry out Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design for water and wastewater treatment projects.

· Manage the procurement, costing and delivery of electrical software and hardware required

· Make automation programming according to clients’ technical specifications

· Arrange control panel assembly, testing, and installation at construction site

· Modification and Integration of new equipment / system with existing automation system

· Update of SCADA/HMI graphic to reflect new instruments/equipment and mapping these graphics to the corresponding field signals

· Attend to EICA breakdowns with diagnosis and solutions

· Attend meetings with subcontractors and clients for technical clarifications and arrangements.

· Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are within the schedule.

· Keep records of EICA design, drawings, and document systematically

· Provide support and assistance to Sales Department and Maintenance Team

· Guide and educate junior EICA personnel.

· Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years working experience at membrane base water treatment plant, preferably

· Proficient with Schneider / Siemens / Allen-bradley software

· Well-versed with SCADA and HMI

· Excellent communication skill

· Good personality and team spirit
