Responsibilities:
· In charge of registration of patients
· Scheduling of appointments
· Assist patients with the self registration
· Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
· Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
· At least GCE N/O Levels, Nitec or Diploma in any field
· Passionate to work in the healthcare industry
· Able to commence work on short notice preferred
· No experience needed, full training will be provided
