• Process spare part order and promote service contract with customer.

Requirements: -

• Min. Nitec in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering
• No experience required, training is provided
• Willing to travel islandwide

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the performance of clinical and laboratory procedures.
• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Prepare submission for corporate claims
• Handle all transactions include payments and ensure proper documentation
• Perform basic assessment for patient
• Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
• Arrange/Booking appointment for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
• Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedure
• Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
• Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
• Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
• Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Rendering assistance during nebulizer use, perform First-aid and triage patients.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management

Qualification & Experience:

• Min GCE “N”/”O” level and above
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Those without related experience are welcome to apply
• Team Player and Good communication skill
• Those with more experiences may consider for Senior Position
