Role and Responsibilities - Change Manager

The objective of this role is to ensure that all BAU changes, enhancements and project implementations going into the production environment do not disrupt or cause any risk to the existing production environment.

• Manage day-to-day review and approval of normal and emergency change requests.
• Investigate change violations / unauthorized change requests and ensure that all cases are properly documented, reviewed and signoff by MDs. Ensure disciplinary actions are followed up and enforced accordingly.
• Chair, review and assess the risk of all changes for weekly Regional Production Change Control Board (RPCCB) meetings.
• Prepare the list of change requests with required details for Quality Assurance (QA) review and chair the weekly QA review meeting involving the Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and Technology Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance and review justification of change requests during heightened/freeze periods for approval.
• Resolve any identified or escalated change process or change request related issues, liaising with necessary stakeholders such as Application Support, Infrastructure Support, LOBT Change Managers and Enterprise Change Teams.
• Analyze, review and oversee creation and availability of change management related reports/slides for change process, operational metrics, KRI etc.
• Assess, review and validate the justification and risk/impact assessment especially for major changes, changes on application under change freeze or changes to be deployed during the heightened period.
• Oversee completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations.
• Establish measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as an escalation focal point for all parties involved in the change process.
• Review and approve requests related to system access matrix (change requester, change implementer, change approver etc).
• Front audit request for information (RFI) and review/validate the responses to the RFIs.
• Involve in project management for migration of current in-house developed ITSM system to new ITSM tool to be identified.
• This is a 24x7 standby job role, and candidate must be willing to take calls and attend to emergency or adhoc work whenever required. The 24x7 standby will be on a rotational basis.

Requirements for skills and experience - Change Manager

• Working experience of 10 to 12 years, preferably with exposure in area of IT Change Management.
• Experience in development or support of IT application or infrastructure.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: Customer Service Specialist
• Working Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8 am – 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary
• Duration: 6-Months Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on order processing, order fulfilment till delivery in promptly and accurately manner.
• Acknowledge customers’ email on queries/feedback/ order placement within one working day.
• Follow up with customers to ensure high-level satisfaction and determine future requirements.
• Ensure that customer's complaints/feedback are well investigated, resolved, and escalate the complaints/feedback aptly to Senior and work with Regulatory & QSHE swiftly & independently.
• Ensure the availability of certificate of analysis/compliance, applying for inspection status.
• Prepare, generate, and disseminate customer's reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collect and sustain sales data and database of customer contacts.
• Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access to work documents, when needed.
• Recommend management systems improvement measures to the Superior.
• Comply with management systems procedures.
• Follow the company’s procedures, safety rules and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment.
• Not to engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
• Use of personal protective equipment provided, to ensure safety while working.
• To participate in protecting the environment, preventing pollution, complying with applicable requirements as identified in the policy statements and promoting sustainable practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Position Title: Marine Service Engineer
• Working Location: West – Gul Circle
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8 am-6 pm, every Sat: 8 am-1 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 5000 + Bonus + On-site allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• In-charge of repair / service sales division
• Main Engine & aux engine repair, pumps, compressors, purifier, hydraulic, etc at shipyard, working anchorage, OPL, follow voyage, PSA & Jurong port, etc

a. ship owner, ship manager

b. Shipyard – DDW Pax ocean, ST Marine, Keppel, etc

c. Industry – sewage treatment, Jurong & Kranji

d. Spares & equipment supplier

e. Engineer solution

• Prepare & submit repair /service quotation to customer
• Get quotation from repairer
• Co-ordinate and arrange internal and external service team
• Co-ordinate between customer, agent & vessel for dispatching our teams to go onboard vessel to carry out repair/servicing job and or pre-work inspection
• Follow up with customer for status of our offer
• Co-ordinate with repairer & customer for any claims, disputes or complaints on work done or supply
• Prepare & submit inspection / service report to customer in accordance with ISO requirement & standard, filing of report is part of the job scope as per requirement
• Update & submit, sales report - quotation, enquiry against actual sale statistic report by weekly, monthly & yearly
• Co-ordinate between the sales team & production / service team for reconditioning work of stock item
• Coard vessel to meet Capt / Chief engineer for service & spares sales call & inspection in due course
• Carry out risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practices and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop is part of the job responsibilities

• Min. 3 years of working experience in the Marine industry
• Hands-on experience on 2 & 4 stroke engines, purifiers, pumps, and air compressors is a plus
• Those with sailing experience are welcome
