Key Responsibilities:

• Checking in passengers

Role:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with Marine Boilers.
• Carry out repairs on inboard and outboard marine boilers.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure all shipboard systems are functioning properly.
• Travel domestically and internationally to service jobs on board vessels.
• Maintain cleanliness of the ship and engine room while onboard.
• Provide detailed reports on work performed and communicate the nature of repairs and services to customers.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to marine services and repairs.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Keep accurate records of all services performed, including time spent, parts used, and labor involved.
• Use service management software to log and track repairs and maintenance tasks.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other technicians and service team members to ensure efficient workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in marine mechanics or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marine service and repair for boilers.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to solve problems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and marine service equipment.
• Knowledge of marine engines, auxiliary engines, and cargo pumps.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks.

Job details:

1. Responsible to plan, organise, track and maintain machinery repair activities and developing preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.

2. Maintaining an internal record of the maintenance of equipment

3. Ability to spot potential issues and act quickly on serious problems

4. Respond to emergency calls for maintenance; Manage the set up and take down of different events. Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.

5. A good understanding of maintenance machinery and equipment, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese

6. Liaise internally (ops & workshop team) to arrange for servicing

7. Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines.

8. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as necessary.

Requirements:

- ITE certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- min 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining heavy machineries, with specific expertise in mobile equipment preferred.

The Client Service Associate is part of a dynamic team providing concierge-level customer service and patient care at Minmed Health Screeners. The Client Service Associate is an important touch point and a service ambassador when patients attend for Executive Health Screening.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer care to patients who arrive for Executive Health Screening
• Manage patients' enquiries and appointments in a professional manner
• Provide information to guide patients towards an appropriate choice of screening packages
• Assist with clinical procedures, including but not limited to measurement of blood pressure and body mass index, conduct of eye test, ECG and other biometric measurements
• Prepare medical reports and process medical results in accordance to protocols in an expedient manner
