Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Customer Service Officer located in Islandwide. Our client offers the best hair loss treatment & solution for men & women. You will handle customer inquiries (calls and walk-ins), manage appointment scheduling and reminders, process invoices and payments, and perform daily settlement tasks. Additional responsibilities include data entry, report consolidation, and submission.shift schedules.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in aesthetic background.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Benefits:

• 5 days work week + 1 month 1 saturday
• Monday to Friday (8.45am to 5:30pm)

Job Description:

This is a contract role for a Customer Service Admin located in Tuas. Our client is one of the licensed warehouses, specialised in handling and storage of dutiable cargo like alcoholic beverages and tobacco.You will be responsible for interacting with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints. It requires listening to customer concerns, investigating issues, and proposing timely and satisfactory solutions. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services is essential to provide accurate information. Additionally, processing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery are key responsibilities. Using computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries is also a vital part of the job.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Greet and direct guest to designated room
• Record orders, serve food and beverages
• Input orders into POS system
• Provide basic technical support
• Maintain a safe & clean environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
• Comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
