You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations are in accordance to established policies, procedures and internal controls.

Your duties and responsibilities include general administrative duties, processing and managing customer accounts accurately and on a timely basis. You will also be required to liaise with 3rd party payers on contract negotiations and attend to queries as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in an administrative role.
• Proficient in IT data tools/ information system. Prior experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP would be an added advantage.
• Service oriented and customer focused.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Operations Director to lead and oversee the service operations in Gain City Logistics. He/She shall ensure timely and accurate responds to feedback and take an active role in resolving any issues. You may also be involved in sales, transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

Responsibilities:
