Information:

1. Salary range: $4,000 - $5,500, with $250 Transport allowance
2. Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am - 5.15pm

Responsibilities:

• Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
• After-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
• Installation, commissioning & on-site training to support the customers according to the scope of the project.
• Generate a service report to customer in a systematic manner.
• Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.
• Investigates root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
• Review and assist in determining the extend of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
• Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.
• Develop service training material, ensures all technical & training documents are up-to-date.
• Provide training to distributors & dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic
• At least 5 years of marine field servicing experiences
• Ability to travel in the APAC and SEA region (10-15%)
• Knowledgeable in power generation products, electrical and control system
• Prior electrical and control experience with control system such as John Deere ECU/ KDI ECU
