Our Key Problems To Solve, Under the strict Compliance requirements, how to construct Global Live platform with Stability, better Performance (Low-Latency and High-Concurrency), Resilience and Efficiency.

Our Major Objectives are,

1. Ensure Global Live to meet compliance requirements, and promote cross-team architecture governance.

2. Build Global Live architecture with stability, low-latency and resilience to support long-term business development

3. Optimize end-to-end stability and engineering efficiency

Responsibilities

- In-depth analysis of the Global Live streaming business and tech architecture, identify potential risks and probable evolution based on business development direction and to form solution

- Improve System quality and engineering efficiency

- Optimize standard operating procedure and standards

- Be Involved in researching and developing basic services, implementing high qualified throughput and consistency under complex global distributed scenarios;

Qualifications

- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major, deep understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms, in depth knowledge of common databases

- Experience in an Internet company, familiar with microservice architecture design;

- Deep understanding of software design pattern;

- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++;

- Large scale client-facing industry project development experience; Extensive experience in high scalable, highly available, distributed and mission-critical systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service support through email and phone interactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
• Manage and process customer sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Allocate stock and coordinate delivery arrangements for customer orders.
• Foster strong relationships through regular meetings and effective communication with customers.
• Address and resolve customer challenges, providing value-added solutions.
• Extract, organize, and analyze data for monthly reporting purposes.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Introduce and promote new products to existing customers, fostering upselling opportunities.
• Handle additional tasks and participate in projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably experience in SAP
• Previous experience in a customer service role, sales order processing.
• Short notice period

• Handles feedback pertaining to Licensing Matters (outbound calls and emails)
• Comfortable in speaking to members of public and also provide written responses as necessary
• To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback
• Familiar with common office tools such as Microsoft office, outlook etc. On-the-job training will be provided for use of internal systems
• Follows guideline on feedback handling
• To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Working location: Sin Ming

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written / spoken)
• Experience in Customer Service is preferred
