Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development and Customer Service Manager to join our team. This role is critical in managing and enhancing client relationships, driving growth in corporate and group bookings, and ensuring excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client bookings, optimizing restaurant orders, and developing business strategies to boost customer engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Regularly update clients on new offerings, menu changes, and special events to encourage repeat business.

2. Corporate and Group Bookings:

• Drive growth in corporate and group bookings by developing strategies to attract new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and promote packages tailored for corporate clients and events.
• Coordinate closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service for all large bookings.

3. Order and Booking Management:

• Manage phone calls and online inquiries for reservations, responding promptly to secure bookings and answer client questions.
• Oversee client bookings and orders to the restaurant, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Monitor and manage the reservation system, keeping track of upcoming bookings and optimizing seating arrangements.
• Communicate any special requests or requirements from clients to the relevant departments to ensure excellent service delivery.

4. Business Development:

• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert them into loyal customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform new service offerings and business development initiatives.
• Set and achieve sales and growth targets, tracking progress and reporting regularly to management.

5. Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices and ensure adherence to standards.
• Regularly assess service standards and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development, customer service, or hospitality management.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building.

· Proficiency in CRM software and reservation management systems.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Attend and respond to incoming Calls, Emails and Call-Back requests, Live Chats (if applicable to the supported Project), within Service Levels and to deliver pleasant Customer Experiences
• Follow-up on all outstanding incidents/cases
• Logged all calls reported into the case management system.
• Maintains and accurately update customer’s enquiry, problem and resolution into the case management system.

Key Responsibilities

• In-charge of repair / service sales division
• Main Engine & aux engine repair, pumps, compressors, purifier and hydraulic at shipyard, working anchorage, OPL, follow voyage, PSA & Jurong port (ship owner, ship manager / Shipyard – DDW Pax ocean, ST Marine, Keppel / Industry – sewage treatment, Jurong & Kranji / Spares & equipment supplier / Engineer solution)
• Prepare & submit repair /service quotation to customer
• Get quotation from repairer
• Co-ordinate and arrange internal and external service team
• Co-ordinate between customer, agent & vessel for dispatching our teams to go onboard vessel to carry out repair/servicing job and or pre-work inspection
• Follow up with customer on status of our offer
• Co-ordinate with repairer & customer for any claims, dispute or complaint on work done or supply
• Prepare & submit inspection / service report to customer in accordance with ISO requirement & standard, filing of report is part of the job scope as per requirement
• Update & submit, sales report - quotation, enquiry against actual sale statistic report by weekly, monthly & yearly
• Co-ordinate between the sales team & production / service team for reconditioning work of stock item
• Coard vessel to meet Capt / Chief engineer for service & spares sales call & inspection in due course
• Carry out risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practice and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop is part of the job responsibilities
