Working Location: Island wide shopping mall

Responsibilities:

· To greet customers and provide good customer service

· To have good product knowledge (training provided)

· To ensure overall cleanliness of the shop at all times

· To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are charged correctly

· Perform other related tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors

Requirements:

· No Experience required, training will be provided

· Candidates who possess a Basic Food Hygiene certificate will have an added advantage.

Responsibility

• Manage all activities and communications related to project shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
• Follow standard procedures and complete necessary legal and administrative formalities for third-party hires.
• Inform internal teams of shipment timelines for effective planning and deadline adherence.
• Assist the Sales Team with freight estimates for quotations.
• Analyze and determine logistics budgets to meet project needs.
• Work with the Finance Department to secure budget approvals and complete documentation.
• Ensure high accuracy in logistics documentation.
• Optimize service quality and pricing for logistics activities.
• Ensure timely equipment receipt by coordinating with freight forwarders and addressing any issues.
• Build strong relationships with other departments.
• Assist with sourcing, negotiation, cost management, quality, and delivery terms. Manage procurement and rental of external resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers for optimal pricing and support.
• Develop and enhance SOPs for logistics and procurement.
• Support the implementation of goals and policies to enhance operations.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Min 5 years of working experience in managing logistics operations.
• Experience in Purchasing / Inventory/ Material/Logistic and Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience will be added advantage
• Manage strategic plannings on movement of goods and equipment
• Knowledge in Permit declaration and custom clearance

• Manage customer’s expectations and co-ordinate with service providers to meet customer’s demand.
• Check invoices for correctness before billing and explain individual items to customers.
• Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted.
• Test drive with customer if necessary.
• Submit Customer Incident Form in system to address customer concern.
• Follow up with customer and solicit feedback on repair including scheduling for next service appointment.
