Roles & Responsibilities

The Coordinator will support day to day coordination activities to the sales department in the customer service department. He/ She is responsible to assist in customer enquiry and ensure order fulfilment to meet organization on time delivery objective.

Responsible in handling sales enquiries

Handle full spectrum of order processing and coordinate deliveries/shipping

Tracking of sales orders to ensure order are on schedule and are send out in timely manner

Effectively communicating with customers in friendly manner, resolving any issues that arise professionally

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in the Telemarketing/ Customer Service field is preferred

The Early Intervention Service Practitioner will work with children and families to provide support and intervention services aimed at addressing developmental delays or disabilities in infants and young children. Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify children at risk for developmental delays or disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each child and family.
• Provide direct intervention services to children, including therapy, family training and educational activities.

Requirements:

What you'll do:

As an Institutional Sales Service Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Relationship Management and Sales & Marketing teams. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks, from coordinating travel arrangements to maintaining client data records. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and maintain organisation will be key to your success. • Manage the administrative and operations functions of the Institutional Advisors team
