TikTok LBS Platform's goal is to build a global high-quality LBS database and high-performance LBS services that connects TikTok users with nearby merchants and local services.

- Build a global POI (Point of Interest) database, multi source POI integration and POI nearby search service to support TikTok local services.

- Build geocoding database, geocoding service, and IP Location service to support TikTok local services and monetization product

- Participate in the analysis/mining of location-based data based on compliance requirements, and build a location-related data warehouse

- Develop global general location based service (LBS) with high concurrency and low latency.

- Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance and reliability of the product.

- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science or related major

- Proficiency in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications

- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++.

- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms.

- Familiar with common components such as MySQL, Hive, Redis, Spark, ElasticSearch, Message Queue and RPC.

Preferred Qualification:

-Experience in R&D of geographic location-based data is preferred, such as POI(Point of Interest) data, Geocoding related data.

-Experience in big data、data warehouse、streaming data flow and real time data processing system is preferred.

Job Description:

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
• Serve as the key liaison person between client and internal departments on request and issue resolution.
• Take ownership of key account’s new program implementation. Engage in initiative and project discussion. Lead and monitor implementation progress.
• Manage Replenishment and inbound Inventory in line with the forecast or indent, commercial and stock holding requirements.
• Review materials forecast and execute Supply Plan, analyses Key Planning Parameters to achieve a balance between Inventory and Forecast.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goalsReviews slow moving items, block inventories according to Excess and Obsolescence Policy.
• Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.

-Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

-Follow up on clients, help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

Job Requirements:

-Min. O level and above qualifications

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.

-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
