Job Responsibilities

• Will be the single point of contact with the customer.
• He/she shall be responsible for managing and coordinating with all parties the performance and delivery of the services stated in the contract.
• The Service Delivery Manager shall be responsible for coordination of the respective progress/ad-hoc meetings with all parties involved. This includes preparation of meeting agenda, consolidating the performance and progress reports, preparation of minutes of meeting and follow-up action items after the meetings.
• The Service Delivery Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of service delivery, service quality, service assurance and monitoring.
• The Service Delivery Manager shall ensure that all Contractor’s team members are fully equipped for service delivery, and understand SUSS and IAL IT security requirements, including cyber security incident reporting.
• Have good customer engagement skills
• Have worked and handled projects with 1500 users with the scope of managing End User Support, Infrastructure Support, DB Support

Requirement:

• A minimum Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent with atleast 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager function for end user clients
• Previous education / MOE related project experience would be advantageous
• With a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
• Ability to report, pacify and diplomatically communicate with stakeholders of the project is a critical skill
• Has a sound knowledge of deliverance of IT services including planning, execution, and reporting
