Location: Tanjong Pagar (Sea Consortium Office) [Hybrid, mostly WFH]
Responsibilities:
Reservation Duties (70%):
• Respond to and manage incoming emails, live chats, and phone calls regarding accommodation inquiries.
• Enter new reservations, changes, and cancellations into our various software systems.
• File guest correspondence and other reservation documentation.
• Stay updated on room rates, special offers, and promotions.
• Ensure reservations are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
• Sort out issues related to bookings or reservations.
• Follow up with guests for additional required information for visa requirements or updated passports.
Travel Host Duties (30%):
• Meet and greet guests at the ferry terminal upon arrival.
• Assist in the advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check-in.
• Assist with customs and immigration clearance.
• Accompany guests onboard the ferry to Batam and hand them over to the Bawah team in Batam.
• Willingness to work weekends and during festive or holiday seasons. (requirement)
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Preferably at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Positive work attitude, able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Passion for customer service & interpersonal skills.
• Communicate efficiently with team members as this is a remote work environment.
• Experience in Front Office and/or Reservations is an advantage.
