Our client, an educational institution is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Events Technical Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical operator and provide technical support for the school’s events (e.g. setting up/taking down equipment, assisting with event publicity, performing post production)
• Supporting the school in technical and administrative areas for the Events Unit
• Maintain technical equipment and ensure that it is accounted for
• Maintain and support the school's website and social media page

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proficiency and expertise in events-related AV or IT knowledge is preferred
