Conduct training on/off site to ensure customers are familiar with the features of our products
Professionally resolves product, service issues and complaints
Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Act & liaise with relevant departments in event of any issues and complaints from customers
Ensure at least a score of 90% positive feedbacks of 9 or 10 monthly in the post training evaluation from customers
Job requirement
Diploma with 3 years working experience or equivalent
Experience in customer service or related field
Aptitude with positive disposition
Possess good work ethics and good team player
Ability to communicate professionally and with Good listening skill
Keen interest in imparting skills and knowledge to others
