• Support backend operations for customer loyalty and rewards programs.

1. Contributes to the professional growth and development of the Customer Service function.

10. Adheres to procedures in sample centrifugation, storage, retrieval and disposal.
11. Communicates with clients, co-workers, and management.
12. Possesses good time-management skills.
13. May be rotated to other lab locations or shifts as necessary.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.
15. Ensures the discharge of duties and responsibilities with diligence.
16. Observes PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines and chain of custody of specimens. Ensure the accurate sorting, data entry, preparation, collation and sorting of specimens that contain patients personal data.
17. Ensure the proper storage and disposal of specimens as per company’s policy.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director and working in collaboration with the client & markets, brand and communications teams, the candidate is expected to do the following:

• Coordinates the preparation of client presentations, proposals and pitches.
• Drafts and edits practice and sector materials including brochures, and client presentations in support of our business development opportunities.
• Collects and tracks representative experience and facilitates maintenance of the firm’s experience database.
• Maintains library of materials for pitches, proposals responses.
• Conducts research on current and prospective clients and industry trends.
