About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in supply chain/logistics.
• A team player, autonomous and self-driven.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Determined problem solver with a high level of attention to detail, a strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize workload in a changing environment and within tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exposure to SAP systems will also be beneficial.
• Experience with project cargo will be an added advantage.

• Provide first level of support and customer service
• Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
• Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
• Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer

• Resolve all customer complaints in an expedient manner. He/she will need to act as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.

• It is important to process sales orders or changes by effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.

Our client is a global leader in the commodities industry and is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join their gobal team.

This role requires a strong understanding of derivatives compliance, particularly in relation to futures trading across exchanges in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in regulatory compliance within trading houses or banks, with a focus on derivatives and futures markets. This position will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and supporting the company’s trading activities across APAC.

Requriements:

• 8 years of experience with derivatives compliance
• Banking or Commodities background is essential
