About the Role

As the Administrative Assistant/Administrative Officer (Homecare), you will play a vital role in supporting the Homecare team through efficient administrative operations. Main Responsibilities:

• Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
• Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
• Coordinating and overseeing marine activities and operations

• Arranging travel logistics
• Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Marine & Offshore Shipyard
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
