• Crisis Management: Act as the organization's spokesperson during times of crisis or reputation management issues. Develop crisis communication plans, prepare key messaging, and manage media inquiries effectively. Mitigate potential damage to the organization's reputation and maintain transparency and trust with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, and community organizations. • Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of press conferences, product launches, corporate events, and other public relations initiatives.
