Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls.
• Manage patient's appointments and treatment schedules.
• Address and manage patient's needs, care and concerns efficiently and effectively in clinic.
• Proactively build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Interactive engagements with customers during events, corporate talks, roadshows and clinics.
• Deliver product knowledge to potential patients through effective communication to increase consumer understanding.
• Promote products, services, and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
• Capture photos and testimonials for social media posting for the clinic.
• Manage and maintain the clinic tidiness and cleanliness.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
• Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends & Public Holidays.

SENIOR WSH OFFICER

As Senior WSH Officer do you like to act as a key player on major projects, and actually make a difference?

Our client is one of the leading Building contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large projects in place for some of Singapore’s most prestigious upcoming projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• Execute the responsibilities of a WSH Officer as required in the Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and regulations and Code of Practices
• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
• Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
• Maintain the safety of the environmental working conditions
• Provide full Health and Safety support from planning, implementation to completion
• Investigate accidents, and conduct safety inspections
• Maintain safety controls and process within the company’s policies and in accordance to ISO14001, Bizsafe, OHSMS18001 and other local statutory requirements.
• Establish a good rapport with the client, sub-contractors and government authorities.
• Follow and keep the requirements of the law and be aware of any updates in facilitating ongoing improvement, efficiently share and publish pertinent information.
• Conduct daily meetings and trainings for different departments

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Minimum Diploma in Environment, Health and Safety Management or related field
• Registered WSH Officer/Safety Officer with MOM for minimum of 10 years
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in WSH for building/construction industry
• Knowledgeable in Safety legislation and regulations (ISO14001, BizSafe, etc)
• Highly motivated and a team player
• Excellent attitude and commitment
• Able to start work immediately.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist SRA/ARA in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and its related works
• Monitor the Project including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc
• Report any critical and/or major issues to SRA/ARA proposing possible solutions
• Liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues
• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architectural Studies from a recognized tertiary institution
• Accredited as a Resident Technical Officer (Tunnel) with IES/ACES
• At least 15 years site experience with extensive architectural and interior design experience, of which 5 years must be in the LTA tunnel projects
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress reports
• Project Location: Changi East, working hour: 56 hours a week
