SPECIFIC

1. Development and execution of animal challenge experiments for viral pathogens with pandemic potential within the ABSL3 at LKC Experimental Medicine Building (NTU) and immunogenicity experiments for vaccine platforms within the ABSL2 at LKC Clinical Sciences Building (Novena)
2. Assist with preparation and submission of IACUC protocols
3. Work with the PREPARE Laboratory head to manage PREPARE projects and train/supervise attached staff.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Administers members’ booking of the Sports facilities.

2. Assists in tabulating scores and coordinates events / tournaments.

3. Basic knowledge of Gym equipment / machines.

4. Cleaning the gym equipment / machines daily.

5. Ensures that the Sports’ outlet counter is clean and tidy at all times.

6. Checks the condition of the equipment.

7. Ensure members comply with the House rules.

8. Conducts regular checks at all the sports facilities to ensure they are in good condition.

9. Ensures all equipment & facilities are well-maintained and reports to Executive if any repair or upgrading is necessary.

10. Ensures that all billing chits are in running order.

11. Ensures that there is enough billing chit paper and printer paper.

12. Assist in Sports / Social Events / Programs.

13. Performs any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department / Executive.

1. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

- ACMV Systems: Regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

- Electrical Systems: Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, circuits, and backup generators.

- Plumbing: Monitor and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, restrooms, and water heaters.

- Fire Safety Systems: Check fire alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency lighting systems to ensure they comply with regulations.

- Elevators & Lifts: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on elevators, lifts, and other mechanical transport systems.

4. Custodial and Housekeeping Support

- Provide support for building cleanliness through coordination with custodial staff to ensure hygiene standards are met.

- Assist in setting up for special events or changing configurations for space usage.

5. Compliance and Regulatory Standards

- Ensure all facility systems are in compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and fire compliance.

- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs for audits or regulatory review.

6. Vendor and Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services (e.g., landscaping, pest control, major repairs).

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

Job Roles

- Safely drive buses to fuel bays, through the Auto Bus Wash, and to designated parking spots.

- Ensure electric buses are correctly plugged in and charging initiated.

- Refuel buses accurately and document all information.

- Handle refueling equipment with care and adhere to SOPs.

- Complete the demounting of buses per demounting list according to SOPs and maintain proper documentation.

- Manage orderly parking and ensure safety during refueling and garaging activities.

- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and ensure accident-free operations.

- Assist with garaging activities and ensure proper housekeeping.
