• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements

Work Hours

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• You'll also get one weekday off and one weekend off each week
• Engaging 2-hours (+/-) team meeting weekly, to brainstorm and collaborate.

Work Location

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
• Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite applications (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities
• Exhibits strong work ethics, including integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
• Positive and professional demeanour with strong listening abilities
• Capable of working independently while also being a team player
• Willingness to work at different centres as needed based on operational requirements

Job Description

• Make calls to prospective / new customers from sources provided
• Calling from available database of existing clients or new clients with interest
• Attend to customer enquiries
• Identify and assess customer’s needs
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Reminder to new customers for appointment through calls/SMSs
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Meet personal sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
• Generation of daily report
• Liaison with Branch Managers on turn ups

Job Requirements

• Candidates with experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry are preferred.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking employees.
