Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new business prospects within the ERP sector.
• Promote and sell our SAP staffing services to new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 year of experience in SAP sales, with a focus on SAP staffing
• Should have deep working experience with Singapore based clients
• Should have proven experience in Staffing industry
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Familiar with multiple of the following domains (Accounts / Purchasing / Sales / Inventory / Manufacturing)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

1,Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2. Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3. Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level 4. Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5. Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6. Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Job Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000
• Variable bonus on a yearly basis
• 5 days work week (rotating shift)
• Location: Alexandra Rd
• Able to work some of the weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and provide accurate information to the enquiries
• Greet and check in to customers' arrival
• Provide refreshments to the walk in customers
• Manage the sales executive turn system
• Ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly
• Ensure the display cars are in good condition
• Other related ad-hoc job

Key Requirements:

• Experienced as a customer service officer
• Must be able to commit on some weekends
