ServiceNow Developer - 1 year Contract - Singapore

Our Client, a global leader in digital transformation is looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 2 years of experience in building and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ServiceNow applications, including integration with external systems.
• Enhance and maintain the Service Catalog and Service Portal modules to ensure a user-friendly interface.
• Manage update sets to migrate customizations between different ServiceNow environments.
• Provide troubleshooting and advanced administrative support, including bug fixes and root cause analysis.
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for ServiceNow and its Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Generate reports using the ServiceNow reporting engine, including metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow applications development.
