Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure solutions in Sales Cloud and Service cloud using out of box and declarative functionalities
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies, following coding best practices and design patterns
• Collaborate with functional and technical leads to implement business requirements, participating in solution design sessions, user story grooming, and sprint planning
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability, following established coding standards and version control best practices
• Work closely with QA engineers and business users to address feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the implemented solutions meet acceptance criteria and user expectations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
• For Junior developer, minimum 1-3 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
• For Senior developer, minimum 3-4 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
• Multiple relevant Salesforce certifications
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
