Lead Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in guiding the development of an ERP system specifically designed to enhance operational efficiencies within the automotive sector. ERP Development:
Develop and scale the in-house ERP system, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with business operations
Work closely with operational staff to adapt the ERP to current workflows, enhancing overall efficiency
Oversee system performance, ensuring robustness and security
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in full-stack development technologies, including but not limited to:
o Frontend: JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js
o Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, Dot Net
o Databases: SQL, NoSQL
Experience building and scaling ERP systems or similar enterprise applications
understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Proficiency in object-oriented programming, API development, OAuth, and version control tools like Git/SVN
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in an agile development environment
Willingness to travel and engage directly with operational teams
