Job Description
- Organize work for internal carpentry team and various subcontractors to meet tight deadlines as per contract and site requirement.
- Allocate resources to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee and certify timesheets of internal carpentry team.
- Maintain proper documentations, regular written correspondences and reports on site conditions and requirements to all stakeholders involved.
- Understand specifications required, work with internal drafting team to present shop drawings and material board.
- Able to articulate and communicate proficiently to clients/consultants on the functionality of the design, material, fabrication/installation methods involved.
- Able to manage the expectations of the site team on deliverables.
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma/ degree holder
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in interior design, furniture and carpentry trade
- Knowledge in CAD
