Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break).

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the school, greeting students, parents, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to walk-in inquiries.
• Assist injured students and ensure they receive proper care.
  Handle any inquiries from staff and escalate them when necessary.

Administrative Duties:

• Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Count, sort, and distribute flyers and other materials.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Customer Service:

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
  Remain calm and composed during peak periods at the front desk.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Minimum qualification: “N” Levels.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a school setting.
• Experience with front desk responsibilities, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress during busy periods.

• Adapt, localise and edit master content from Global brand team.
• Responsible for maintaining the eShop across the region and ensures that they are refreshed with a clear and consistent seasonal and/or activity message according to the regional marketing calendar.
• Create of visual assets (onsite banners, EDM, product images)
• Creatively support online team on online-exclusive campaigns’ activation materials and/or merchandise

Job Descriptions

Working Hours

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Handle front desk duties which includes attending to all enquiries i.e.

• Manages packing and distribution of collaterals from MOE and other

• Assist in P1 registration and administration matters;

necessary;

• Provide logistical and admin support for school events; and

• Any other administrative duties when required
