• Willing to take on a proactive role in ensuring that all hotel policies and instructions implemented are followed throughout at the Hotel Reception counters and Lobby
• Handle walk-in, email, phone enquiries, and internet hotel room reservations
• Adhering to all front desk cashiering duties, including proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures
• Prepare shift reports for submission to accounts.
• Co-ordinate/liaise with other departments in all areas of operations: housekeeping, room service, maintenance, reservation

Web Developer Intern Roles and Responsibilities:

• Improve & automate company's business process through creation of new PHP web applications & improvement of existing code.
• Review of company's existing process systems to improve UI/UX for both internal and external users.
• Be involved in improvement of company's iOS & Android application
• Connecting SQL Databases to developed web applications
• Review and improve company's current cronjobs and APIs for both internal and external software.

What will you do?

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Produce high quality & engaging digital design across desktop, mobile, web ready graphic, basic print production and event media.
• Social media and online strategy and marketing, including creative thinking, copywriting (Japanese), visual content, and video editing assignments.
• Interpreting the task’s need and developing a concept or solution to suit its objectives
• Work closely with Content team, Product groups and sometimes external partners (Collaboration)
