Yoshinoya is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging visuals that align with our brand and effectively communicate our marketing messages.

Work closely with the Director and Operation Manager to design various marketing materials involves a range of tasks.

1) Collaborate with the Director and Operation Manager to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

2) Experienced in the comprehensive design of marketing materials, both traditional and digital. Proficient in creating visually appealing menus, posters, banners, and sales displays that effectively communicate promotional offers, brand messages, and relevant information. Additionally, skilled in designing digital assets for various online platforms, including social media, online banners, LCD screens, and website elements.

3) Food photography and styling: Responsible for capturing and digitally enhancing the brand's products for promotional and menu purposes.

4) Responsible for overseeing and managing the brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms, including social media, the homepage, and delivery platforms.

5) Ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Undertake design projects from concept to completion.
• Monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship, timeliness, compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client’s requirements.
• Prepare tender documents, including drafting of contracts, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders, and awarding of procurement contracts.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.
• Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects.
• Constantly research new and innovative designs, industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in design review presentations to Management to gain approval to proceed with said design.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to understand and read design and technical drawings.
• Self-motivated and result orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write and speak Mandarin an advantage due to high exposure to China projects.
• Willing to travel.

Craft Brewery looking for an operations manager to oversee its front of house operations

The Role

• Oversee all aspects of the Brewery’s BeerTruck and Tasting Room operations
• Ensure SOPs are complied with and work with management to improve existing SOPs
• Source for suitable part-time managers and crew for the Tasting Room and BeerTrucks, plan monthly rosters and ensure that shifts are adequately staffed
• Drive the BeerTrucks to event sites and manage all aspects of the BeerTrucks’ operations
• Manage all aspects of the Tasting Room Operations
• Manage a team of full-time / part-time managers and crew
• Train newcomers and ensure that they understand and adhere to SOPs

Woking hours

• 5-day week, 44 hours per week
• May be required to work on some weekends and public holidays

Skills and Prerequisites

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory/ executive / junior management role in retail or F&B
• At least 3 years of experience in customer facing functions in retail or F&B

About you

We are looking for a creative and independent Senior Interior Designer to join our Singapore studio.

Having led and delivered a number of mid/large-scale Hospitality (specifically hotels) projects from design to construction phases, you will have an impressive understanding of a complete hospitality project design process. Having some knowledge of FF&E is a major plus.

Job duties:

• Handle enquiries from the Front Office in timely manner to ensure smooth business operation;
• Handle complaints or grievances from the front office and look for solutions;
• Coordinate internal improvements with other departments (e.g. process, new products) and come up with suggestions regarding improvements of working processes and possible solutions to increase the team’s efficiency;
• Assist with implementation, testing and training of new system solutions;

Requirements:
