Purpose of the Role:

2. Preparation of Autocad drawings (working drawings), 2D renders, 3D models, perspectives and renders for clients' approval and contractors' renovation work.
3. Ensure that defects check is carried out and recorded prior to and after renovation works.
4. Coordination and site supervision - relevant contractors, third parties and specialists for the preparation of the works and on site renovation.
5. Ensure all design complies with all relevant authority codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Engineering drawings consisting of multiple views, details and assembly in AutoCAD
• Ensure deliverables are issued on time and check the accuracy of design deliverables including subcontractor deliverables before issuing to site
• Issue RFQ/PR in SAP for Bulk MTO and manage MTO
• Participate in 3D model review and provide the EICT feedback to engineering contractors
• Implement and review the design in AVEVA Electrical & Instrumentation and ensure database is updated correctly and applicable drawings are extracted from AVEVA
• Review all the design related information and Tie-in points related to EICT Interface.
• Support lead in resolving EICT design queries from various yards within schedule and timely manner.
• Attend the meetings with Engineering contractors to perform detailed modelling, designs and drawings based on the basic designs/drawings
• Use prevailing engineering design procedures, standards and codes and relying on experience and judgement to prepare complex engineering and technical drawings
• Generate original designs to depict the layout and equipment arrangement
• Supporting the Engineers in conducting their engineering planning, design and construction work.

Responsibilities:

• EICT Interface Coordination:Review all design-related information and identify Tie-in points related to EICT interfaces to ensure smooth integration with other systems and equipment.
  
• Design Query Resolution:Support the EICT Lead Designer in resolving design queries from various yards and other stakeholders within the required schedule and timeframe.
  
• Engineering Design Meetings:Attend meetings with engineering contractors to discuss detailed modeling, design, and drawing preparation based on basic designs/drawings.
  Provide feedback and assist in the refinement of designs to meet project requirements.

Requirements:
