• Collaborate with team members to identify and acquire any missing assets for projects.
• Tag relevant Trello cards to ensure project tracking and collaboration.
• Ensure timely submission of all required resources.(Inform Annisa if need more time on the task)
• Respond to team inquiries within 2 hours.

Requirements :

Customized quotation based on what clients need
Managing renovation projects, including site visits and coordination
Planning the work to meet the customer's move-in date
Working with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure everything goes smoothly
Able to visit renovation sites during the project
Answering clients' emails and phone calls quickly and professionally

Job Description & Requirements

• Work with Project team alongside with senior Project Architect, assisting with various projects
• Help to plan, design buildings, technical, tender, and administration of the project(s) leading to its completion
• Work on design drawings
• Assist in reviewing project proposals and specs
• Help with compiling required drawing paperwork and documents for submission to Authority
• Help coordinate details of architectural projects
• Assisting with project management, site coordination & client management for construction projects assigned to you.

Requirements

• Singapore citizen/PR
• A degree in Architecture is a requirement from a recognized University
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software e.g Revit
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Design and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Bilingual due to liaison with China contractors and suppliers
